Terms of Use

Welcome to the TearLab Corporation, Inc. (“TearLab”) web site at [www.TearLab.com] (or successor URLs) (collectively, the “Site”). The following Terms of Use for the Site is a legal contract between you, either an individual visitor or user of at least 18 years of age, and TearLab regarding your use of the Site. Visitors and users of the Site are referred to individually as “User” and collectively as “Users”.

5. No Medical Advice.

6.4 delete the copyright or other proprietary rights on the Site;

6.5 use the Site for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law, including, without limitation, laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, and data protection and privacy;

8. Termination.

8.1 TearLab. You agree that TearLab, in its sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without penalty, may terminate your use of and access to the Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site or portion thereof may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that TearLab will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. 8.2 You.
